How to Use the greytHR Mobile App (Employee Portal)
The greytHR mobile app — called "greytHR Employee Portal" — puts your payslips, leave, attendance and tax documents in your pocket. You can mark attendance with a selfie, apply for leave, download payslips and Form 16, and submit your IT declaration on the go. This guide shows how to install it, log in, and use the main features. Install the greytHR Employee Portal app: Search for "greytHR Employee Portal" on the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iPhone) and tap Install. The app is free for employees whose company uses greytHR.

Log in with OTP or WhatsApp: Open the app and log in using an OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email, by entering your company web address, or via WhatsApp OTP. No password is needed for OTP login.

Mark attendance from your phone: From the home screen, sign in and sign out for the day. With Manual Mobile Sign In the app captures a selfie for manager verification, and with Geofence it records attendance only inside approved office locations.

Apply for leave and check balance: Open the Leave section to apply for leave, see your live leave balance, and withdraw requests. The app routes the request to your manager just like the web portal.

How do I log in to the greytHR app without a password?
Choose OTP login — the app sends a one-time password to your registered mobile number or email, or you can use WhatsApp OTP. Enter it to sign in; no password is required.
Can I mark attendance on the greytHR app?
