Log in to the ESS web portal: Open your company greytHR URL, enter your Employee Number or registered email address and your password, then click Log In. Your employee number is printed on your offer letter and payslips.

Change the default first-time password immediately
Change your password: Once logged in, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture to open Account Settings, then click Change Password and set a new one.
Use a strong, unique password
Update it periodically as per your company policy
Reset a forgotten password: If you are fully locked out, greytHR ESS may not let you self-reset. Your HR admin regenerates a temporary password and shares it with you; you then set a new password of your choice at the next login.

Download and log in to the mobile app: Install the "greytHR Employee Portal" app from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone). Log in using an OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email, your company web address, or WhatsApp OTP.
