Once a company enables ESS in greytHR, each employee gets a login to their organisation's greytHR portal (typically yourcompany.greythr.com) and can also install the "greytHR Employee Portal" mobile app. From there, employees handle their own payslips, leave applications, attendance sign-in/out and regularization, income-tax declarations and Form 12BB, reimbursement claims, and document downloads like Form 16.
