Delhi NCR is the most fragmented leased-line market in India. Within a thirty-kilometre radius you have some of the densest commercial fibre in the country — Cyber City, Nehru Place, Noida Sector 62 — and pockets a few kilometres away where fibre has to be built from scratch. That is why NCR quotes for the same bandwidth vary more than in any other metro, and why the only number that matters is the one for your specific building. The bands below reflect what we see on quotes in established commercial zones, before 18% GST. Fibre availability across NCR is strongest in: Connaught Place and Barakhamba Road, Nehru Place, Okhla Phase 1-3, Saket and Jasola, Aerocity; in Gurgaon — DLF Cyber City, Golf Course Road, Udyog Vihar, Sohna Road, Sector 44 and 32; in Noida — Sectors 62, 63, 16A, 125-137 and the Expressway corridor; plus Greater Noida institutional areas, Faridabad industrial sectors and Ghaziabad along NH-24. Outside these, fibre often has to be extended, which adds ₹15,000-50,000 one-time and six to twelve weeks. Two NCR-specific frictions are worth planning for. First, buildings under separate ownership associations — common in Nehru Place, Okhla and older Gurgaon sectors — need society NOC before any digging or riser work, and that approval is routinely the longest step in the whole project. Second, NCR spans three states plus the NCT, so the serving circle and sometimes the entitled carrier changes between Delhi, Haryana (Gurgaon, Faridabad) and Uttar Pradesh (Noida, Ghaziabad); a provider strong in Gurgaon is not automatically the right pick in Noida. All quotes through National IT Service carry INR billing and a GST invoice, with installation often waived on 24-month terms.

Cyber City is among the best-served addresses in India and quotes there tend to the lower end with short provisioning. Sectors away from the main commercial corridors can run 30-50% higher because of last-mile build.
Broadly the same bands as Gurgaon — ₹14,000-22,000 for 30-50 Mbps and ₹27,000-37,000 for 100 Mbps plus GST — with Sectors 62, 63, 16A and the 125-137 Expressway stretch the best served. Noida falls in the Uttar Pradesh circle rather than Delhi, so carrier strength differs from Gurgaon; it is worth quoting all serviceable carriers rather than reusing a Gurgaon vendor by default.
Marginally, yes. NCR typically runs 10-20% above Bangalore for equivalent bandwidth in comparable commercial zones, because Bangalore has more carriers competing hard across a denser fibre footprint. NCR remains below Mumbai, where premium districts such as BKC and Lower Parel are the most expensive addresses in the country.
It depends on the building, and in NCR more than elsewhere. Tata and Airtel are both strong across Cyber City, Nehru Place and the main Noida sectors. Jio is frequently cheapest in newer developments and the Noida Expressway corridor. In older Delhi commercial buildings, whichever carrier already has a riser in place will be both faster and cheaper. We check all of them per address rather than recommending one in advance.

In practice the engineering is rarely the constraint — society NOCs, building management approvals and municipal right-of-way clearances are, particularly in Nehru Place, Okhla and older Gurgaon sectors. Yes. Faridabad industrial sectors and the Ghaziabad NH-24 corridor both have workable fibre, though coverage is patchier than Gurgaon or Noida and one-time installation charges are more common. Bands run slightly above the core NCR figures. For manufacturing sites specifically, check whether your industrial area has an existing fibre ring — several do, and it changes the quote substantially.
Worth it if an hour offline costs you real money — contact centres, payments and trading operations, healthcare, or anything customer-facing you host yourself. The usual design is a primary 100 Mbps line from one carrier and a secondary from another on a physically diverse last-mile route, with BGP failover on your edge router, at roughly ₹55,000-70,000/month combined in NCR. Insist on route diversity in writing: two circuits down the same duct is not redundancy, and in dense NCR commercial buildings that situation is common.
